Exceeded our expectation’s! The host, Gina was very friendly and responsive. The home was exactly as described. The beds & linen were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean & there was an ample amount of towels. The small detail of separate towels for the hot tub and towels for showering is a nice touch. The laundry room is stocked with what you need to do laundry. The kitchen has a great selection of kitchen ware and a good amount of dishes. The living room is comfortable. The games and Pac-man arcade were enjoyable when we had down time. There is only street parking but we never had an issue finding parking. The restaurants and ice cream shop next door are amazing. Overall, you won’t be disappointed. We would stay here again!

My friend's family is from the area & they threw a surprise 50th birthday party for his sister. We had a large group coming from many different states, & everything was great! The house is huge, absolutely gorgeous, & there were plenty of things to do (games, sauna, shuffleboard, etc). It was also very easy to pay for the hot tub & secure a late checkout (this was ONLY available because no one was renting immediately after us, and it was only $50). The value for this house is unmatched. We would have paid well over $5k for hotel rooms for the weekend! My friend said he couldn't remember the last time that so many family members were in the same house for something other than a funeral. Thank you for giving us the space to have an amazing weekend & for my friend to have a memorable weekend with his family 💓

We enjoyed our visit to St Louis. The location was close to many things on our list. The house easily accommodated our two family group. We felt right at home. Gina was very responsive. Thank you for hosting us!

Great location for a group rental, amenities are great quality and the look and quality of furniture/deco is also great, highly recommend

Great place to stay! Comfortably fit a dozen kids upstairs and the birthday girl's parents downstairs in a private space. Hot tub and sauna saw lots of use.

Was a great place to stay, Mexican Restraint across the alley, was tasty but little pricey. Neighborhood was nice, met by 2 chickens when we pulled up

This was a fantastic home to stay in for a large group. Plenty of space and a large dedicated gathering area. Every bed was large and the house was updated with multiple bathrooms. The neighborhood was safe and we had no problem finding a parking spot with street parking directly next to the home. We’d definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in St Louis.
