The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. Host was responsive and very helpful and kind. Would recommend!

The check in was easy with a door code. The area was clean however the thermostat was set to 77 and took about 8 hours to get down to 72. There were TVs in the rooms and a stocked kitchen. The coffee pot leaked a bit but there were pods provided so we changed from a pot to the k cups. Kitchen was large but the fridge was up against a wall so you could not open the door all the way and the water/ice did not work. There was supposed to be a Britta but there was not. We were told that we could be reimbursed for one. Area was close to downtown and ample street parking. Gunshots heard during the night. Ping pong and garage is too dark to use and there were no balls. The pool table worked in the basement. We got multiple calls from "Tyler" who was offshore in India and sounded different each time for noise complaints due to sensors. Unfortunately the hot tub was green and no one wanted to use it, but it was later cleaned however we lost 2 days of use. Beds were cheap.

House was great for our family traveling with 7 kids. Plenty of space to sleep and the games and hot tub were all a hit. Clean home and neighborhood felt safe. Garage parking was a nice plus.

A beautiful home that is a great place to meet with family. Plenty of stuff to do with kids!! Tyler was super responsive and helpful!! Will for sure be back!!!

We loved the house! Very homey and comfortable. Overall a great stay. Tyler was very helpful with a few things that came up. Would stay again!

Our extended family had a great stay and there was plenty of room. Plenty for the kids to keep occupied. The location was good for accessing the attractions we planned to visit - City Museum, Science Center, and the Gateway Arch. However the neighborhood was less than what we expected. The property was adequate and the host was very responsive and wanted our stay to be great. But the listing is billed as “luxury” and the while it was nice and housed us well, there was a lack of attention to detail made the property average. Parking is street parking, first come first serve. We didn’t have an issue finding spaces each day.

This was overall a good place for our short stay in St Louis. We had some minor issues when we checked in that we took care of ourselves, but were definitely unexpected. There was a dead rabbit in the backyard that we removed ourselves and the downstairs playroom was not cleaned, nor were the floors. There were visible crumbs left on the floor and a couple of dirty towels. The neighborhood/street is going through a “flip” with several homes being renovated so some construction noise was noticed. The location is good for proximity to the zoo and restaurants. There was plenty of space for our two families and the kitchen is very spacious and had everything we needed. We enjoined all of the games and entertainment throughout the house.
