Very nice house, super clean and had everything you could want. The location was great, rights across from a super cute ice cream place that was great for the kids. Very conveniently located to the City Museum, the Brewery, and the stadium. Our family had a great time and there were plenty of beds to spare. Gina was extremely friendly and proactive with communications.
This was overall a good place for our short stay in St Louis. We had some minor issues when we checked in that we took care of ourselves, but were definitely unexpected. There was a dead rabbit in the backyard that we removed ourselves and the downstairs playroom was not cleaned, nor were the floors. There were visible crumbs left on the floor and a couple of dirty towels. The neighborhood/street is going through a “flip” with several homes being renovated so some construction noise was noticed. The location is good for proximity to the zoo and restaurants. There was plenty of space for our two families and the kitchen is very spacious and had everything we needed. We enjoined all of the games and entertainment throughout the house.

Gina's place has all the bells and whistles for a fun stay. The space and backyard is awesome for a large group. She was very communicative and attentive to the couple of minor issues that came up.
The host was excellent—very responsive and quick to resolve issues. Four TVs were missing remotes or had non-working ones, and he shipped replacements the next day. The hot tub was clean and heated quickly. We also appreciated the unexpected baby items (pack-and-play, baby bath, and baby gate), plus the house was well stocked with towels and toiletries. A few things I wish I'd known before booking: The surrounding neighborhood appeared run-down, with several nearby homes showing significant neglect including caved in roofs and broken windows. Though we never felt unsafe, not what we expected for the price. The driveway is advertised for two cars, but fitting two average-sized vehicles without blocking the sidewalk is difficult. Finally, there were dozens of large roach-like water bugs outside at night. The host said they commonly come out on sunmer days in St. Louis and do not come inside. We never saw any inside, but they kept much of our group from enjoying the yard at night.
It was great! So close to everything we wanted to do. We had plenty of room for 11 adults and kids. Beds were comfy and plenty of amenities! Anheuser Bush was so close that we could walk for a tour And several great coffee shops within walking distance, along with the ice cream shop and bars! We would return and use that house again!
We totally enjoyed the house. It was equipped with everything. The outdoor living was great. Positive: The location was great. There were lots of amenities. The only downside was the living area was small to accommodate all of us. Most of the time it didn’t matter because everyone was involved in different activities. Negative: Living room
