Overall, great value for the price and the hosts were very responsive/willing to remediate small issues. It was snug, but we were able to fit 15 adults without sleeping on couches which was appreciated by the group.

Tyler was a great host and his place had it all! His communication before and during our stay was timely and always polite. The location was excellent, the backyard was beautiful and fun, and the inside truly had something for everyone in our large group. The bathrooms were spacious, spotless, and all the fixtures looked brand new. Every game was in great condition and kept us entertained for hours. The movie theater was such a unique touch and made for a really fun evening with the kids. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Tyler’s place. We had 12 people staying and there was sufficient space for all of us. Street parking was easy to find. Kitchen was well stocked. Games were a big hit with the kids. Clean home. Beautiful backyard space. The hot tub costs an extra $50 which I didn’t initially realize and wish that had been included in the price considering the amount for the rental. Tyler was very responsive which was appreciated.

So we was excited to be there there was 7 of us. we got there at 4 which was check in time. the cleaners wearnt done so we had to wait 30 minutes to go in. the shuffleboard had 0 wax do I asked tyler and he said he will send food and drinks for the inconvenience then proceeded to not do that. then the popcorn machine didnt work either. there was tampons around the house aswell. youde think as long as it took to clean it that theyd have done a better job. for 650 dollars definitely not worth it. pool table is horrible aswell.
